Within each woman is an incredible reserve of creativity and power, and this retreat will return you to your truth, inspiration, and core essence. Sherri & Michele will share their wisdom and love of yoga, skillfully guiding you through daily practices that offer the profound life-changing principles of yoga, health, and fitness in a simple way that is accessible to everyone.
For women only, this well-balanced program will give you time to enjoy the beauty of nature, ocean-side and jungle walks, time for reflection, art and writing, swimming and communion with others, as well as time for rest, relaxation and massage. Sessions will be offered with longer time for practice which will include a rich variety of breath-based asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) to deepen and restore your link to the earth and to your life. This retreat will give you plenty of time to rest, restore, and strengthen, with the goal of supporting and nurturing your health and well-being in body, mind and spirit.
